1. How do I place an order?

• We accept direct bank transfers.
• We accept bank card payments via OnePay. No additional charges apply
• PayZy payments are accepted. A 10% convenience fee applies.
• KoKo payments are accepted. A 10% convenience fee applies.
• Cash payments are accepted only at our shop in person.

3. How long does delivery take?

• Delivery typically takes 2~3 business days, depending on location.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?

• Orders can be modified or cancelled before payment confirmation.

5. What if my product is damaged or defective?

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• Provide photos or videos if possible.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

7. Do you ship outside Sri Lanka?

• Currently, we only ship within Sri Lanka.
