1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns are not accepted for products that are:
- Damaged due to customer misuse.
- Used, altered, or missing original tags/accessories.
- Sold as clearance or “non-returnable” items.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We may ask for photos or videos to verify the issue before processing the return or replacement.
3. Refund Process
- Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
- If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can replace the product with the same item or an item of equal value (subject to stock availability).
